Every managed dashboard runs on a three-year agreement with the first year payable in advance. The build and setup are the expensive part and we carry them rather than charging their true cost on day one. In return your rate is fixed for the full term and we absorb hosting and platform cost increases.
You own your data, always, and you can export it in full at any point — during the term or after it. It is UK-hosted and processed under UK GDPR.
That is the normal starting point. Duplicate sites, credits against debits, legacy entries and inconsistent exports are sorted once, in a repeatable import routine, so the same clean-up does not have to happen again every month.
