Where your data lives: On your own device by default — nothing is sent to us. Hosted team mode gives your whole inspection team per-user sign-in, role-based access (owner/admin/editor) and one shared, live record — synced to the same UK database (Supabase, London, eu-west-2) the iPhone/Android app reads from, so a certificate raised on the shop floor shows up for the office the same moment.
