This governs the self-serve, per-seat *IQ products (TradeIQ, InvoiceIQ, FinanceIQ, HRIQ and similar). Bespoke/managed deals are covered by a separate signed agreement. This is informational, not a substitute for reading it in full before you sign up.
A licence to use the software for your own business, for the number of seats you've paid for — not ownership of it. You can run it in Local mode (data stays on your devices) or Hosted mode (optional, default off).
Copy, resell, white-label, reverse-engineer or attempt to see the source code, or share your login/seats beyond what you've paid for. Doing so is a material breach and we can suspend access immediately without refund.
We only use your data to run the product for you — never sold, never used for anything else. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail. You can export and leave at any time.
Per-seat, monthly-rolling, no minimum term, billed in arrears — you're charged after each month of use, not before it. Once you've paid for 12 consecutive months, your rate automatically drops to a lower tenure rate; cancelling or lapsing resets you to the standard rate. A one-off onboarding fee gets you set up and branded, where one applies. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; failed payment may suspend access after a grace period. All prices exclude VAT.
Our compliance-focused products (e.g. certificate templates, CQC/H&S tracking) are structured to match the relevant standard — they are not a guarantee of compliance or certification. You remain responsible for your own legal and regulatory obligations.
We provide the software with reasonable skill and care, "as is" beyond that. Our total liability is capped at the fees you've paid in the preceding 12 months, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Self-serve plans are monthly-rolling, no minimum term — cancel for the end of any billing month. Bespoke and managed builds run to a three-year minimum term (see pricing). On cancellation, export your data first; Local-mode copies should then be deleted.

Bespoke and managed builds are signed under a Master Services Agreement with a short Order Form, a Data Processing Agreement, an exit schedule and a key-person statement. Here is what they say — the full documents are sent as a pack before signature, and we will share them before a first call if you ask.
Three years from go-live, with the first year payable in advance. After that it renews for twelve months at a time unless either side gives 90 days' written notice before the end of the current term. Your rate is fixed for the whole term.
Annual in advance is the default. Public-sector buyers can pay quarterly in advance against a purchase order or framework call-off. If you want to de-risk the commitment first, a short paid pilot is available and 100% of its fee is credited against year one when you proceed.
Either side can terminate for a material breach that isn't fixed within 30 days of written notice. We can suspend for non-payment or for breach of the licence (copying, resale, reverse-engineering). On any exit the data-portability terms below apply.
Our total liability in any twelve months is capped at the greater of the fees you paid in the previous twelve months or the current year's annual fee, so the cap never shrinks to a token sum. Neither side is liable for indirect loss. Nothing limits liability that the law says cannot be limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence and regulatory penalties under UK GDPR.
You can export everything as JSON or CSV at any time, and you receive a final full export when you leave. Because the dashboards are single-file and local-first, you also keep a working copy of the app, so you can still open and read your data with no vendor involved. Hosted data is held in the UK (London region) and deleted once you confirm you have your export.
Intelligent Dashboards is a single-founder business and the contract says so. The mitigants are structural: you can export all your data at any time in open formats, the app runs without us, and a source-code and data escrow option is available with release triggers for founder incapacity or the business ceasing to trade.
Where we host data for you, you are the controller and we are the processor under a UK GDPR Article 28 DPA signed with every hosted plan. We are Cyber Essentials certified (IASME, valid to 5 October 2027, covering our own company IT) with IASME cyber liability insurance included, are on the ICO register (ZC255636), use multi-factor authentication on every admin account, and encrypt data in transit and at rest.
Support is available 24/7, direct with the people who built it, by email, phone or WhatsApp, and small changes after go-live are included rather than billed. Material scope changes are agreed in writing first.
