This governs the self-serve, per-seat *IQ products (TradeIQ, InvoiceIQ, FinanceIQ, HRIQ and similar). Bespoke/managed deals are covered by a separate signed agreement. This is informational, not a substitute for reading it in full before you sign up.
A licence to use the software for your own business, for the number of seats you've paid for — not ownership of it. You can run it in Local mode (data stays on your devices) or Hosted mode (optional, default off).
Copy, resell, white-label, reverse-engineer or attempt to see the source code, or share your login/seats beyond what you've paid for. Doing so is a material breach and we can suspend access immediately without refund.
We only use your data to run the product for you — never sold, never used for anything else. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail. You can export and leave at any time.
Per-seat, monthly-rolling, with an optional annual term at a discount. A one-off onboarding fee gets you set up and branded. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; failed payment may suspend access after a grace period.
Our compliance-focused products (e.g. certificate templates, CQC/H&S tracking) are structured to match the relevant standard — they are not a guarantee of compliance or certification. You remain responsible for your own legal and regulatory obligations.
We provide the software with reasonable skill and care, "as is" beyond that. Our total liability is capped at the fees you've paid in the preceding 12 months, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Self-serve plans are monthly-rolling — cancel at the end of any billing period. Bespoke and managed builds run to a fixed minimum term (see pricing). On cancellation, export your data first; Local-mode copies should then be deleted.
