EnergyIQ is an energy, cost and carbon dashboard for the people who look after other businesses' energy: energy brokers, TPIs, energy consultants, ESOS assessors, EPC and DEC companies, and building-management and FM firms, and for the private-sector organisations they serve. Supplier bills and meter data go in; cost, consumption and carbon come out as one live view that is ready for SECR and ESOS, not a year-end scramble.
Pricing on request. Two plans, EnergyIQ Basic and EnergyIQ Pro. Ask us for a written quote, including partner terms for brokers and consultants.
Works with what you already have: Supplier invoice data imports from CSV or Excel, with checks before anything is committed. EnergyIQ Pro adds electronic bill files, a PDF bill reader, half-hourly meter data feeds, automatic data connectors and a Power BI / Excel data feed.
Where your data lives: Hosted by us behind a sign-in, in a UK database (London). Each organisation's data is kept separate from every other organisation's, and the database enforces that. Sign-in uses a second step from an authenticator app. The one place AI is used is the Pro PDF bill reader: each PDF is sent to Anthropic's Claude service to be read and is not stored by EnergyIQ. Security & trust →
Straight answer: EnergyIQ tracks, checks and reports energy, cost and carbon. It does not produce or lodge EPC or DEC certificates, and it is for private-sector organisations. Forecasting is statistical, weather-adjusted modelling, not AI.

Net cost, consumption and CO₂e across every site, by calendar or financial year and by fuel, with Monthly, Year-on-Year and a one-site Asset Drilldown.
A meter register, floor areas and a monthly import of supplier invoice data, with warnings on the preview before anything is committed and a check for missing invoices.
A Compliance Hub with SECR and ESOS reports, current carbon factors and an Executive Summary you can print to PDF or export to Excel.
Bill Validation checks supplier invoices against your contracts and meter data, a PDF bill reader saves typing, and flagged invoices become supplier queries with a value-delivered scoreboard.
Half-hourly electricity and gas AMR data, meter alerts, targets and CUSUM, building shape and waste, and a weather-adjusted day-ahead forecast.
Budget against actual with a 12-month cost forecast, an indicative Science Based Targets pathway, plus TCFD, UK SRS, Scope 3, CIBSE and CCA reports.
Sub-metering and tenant or cost-centre recharge statements, produced from the same reconciled numbers. Useful for FM firms and managing agents.
Read-only monitoring of a building management system through an on-site gateway. Supervised control is also available: a named person proposes a change, an administrator approves it, it is time-limited and reverts automatically. Not for life-safety systems.
Scheduled report packs by email, a read-only data feed for Power BI and Excel, site-level access for named people, and an AI Copy Pack of figures to paste into your own assistant (nothing is sent for you).
Your plan decides which screens appear. Moving from Basic to Pro only switches the extra screens on, nothing is reinstalled and your data stays where it is.

For a small business or a handful of sites that needs bills in, usage and cost trends, an SECR and ESOS summary and a clean report.
Adds bill checking, unusual-invoice flags, half-hourly data, budgets, targets, projects, savings tracking, forecasting, connectors, scheduled reports and more users.
SECR and ESOS in both plans. Pro adds TCFD, UK SRS, Scope 3, CIBSE and CCA reports. Print to PDF or export to Excel from the same numbers you see on screen.
Energy brokers, TPIs, consultants, ESOS assessors, EPC and DEC companies, and building-management and FM firms, looking after private-sector clients. Screens show sample data.
Who qualifies for SECR, what energy and carbon data must be reported, deadlines, common mistakes and how to prepare your data through the year.
