Try it. Basic is the portfolio, the bills and meters, and the SECR and ESOS reports. Switch on the Pro parts and see what the menu gains. Your plan decides which screens appear, and moving from Basic to Pro only switches the extra screens on: nothing is reinstalled and your data stays where it is.
Illustration. Which plan a company is on is a setting for that company only, not a custom build. Pro screens show an Available in EnergyIQ Pro message on Basic. We also ship updates most weeks, from our own ideas and from what customers ask for.

We set up your organisation on Basic or Pro. You get your IQ Hub sign-in, with two-factor sign-in for admins, and EnergyIQ opens from IQ Hub with one click.
Supplier invoice data goes in from CSV or Excel, with checks before anything is committed. Pro adds electronic bill files, the PDF bill reader and half-hourly data feeds.
Self-serve from there. Our support team is a phone call or an email away, and moving from Basic to Pro later only switches the extra screens on.
